- Plan long-term strategies and objectives for the department in both Maintenance Data Management Section and Analysis Insight Section.
- Oversee the operations of the Maintenance Data Management and Analysis Insight teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with senior management and related stakeholders such as aircraft manufacturers (OEMs), regulatory authorities, and maintenance departments.
- Review and approve the issued Engineering Instructions (EI) and Technical Notes.
- Make key decisions regarding the improvement or resolution of repetitive defects, including defining corrective actions to mitigate potential future risks.
- Review and approve updates to Maintenance Manuals, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and Mandatory Service Bulletins (MSBs).
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure effective data management and analysis in alignment with departmental objectives.
- Supervise the analysis of repetitive defects, defect trends, dent and buckle monitoring, and engine health monitoring.
- Assess and manage risks related to aircraft safety and maintenance operations.
- Consolidate and report operational outcomes to management, including defect analysis, trends, and corrective actions, while recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or Aviation Management.
- Aged 29–35 years.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing technical maintenance data or other aviation-related fields.
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Good proficiency in using Microsoft or GSuite programs (especially functions and graphs in Excel/GSheet).
- Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
- Good time management and ability to handle assigned tasks efficiently.
