Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Handle customer claims and complaints
Sales / Desk Sales
- Participate in sales activities as ‘desk sales’ function
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Reservations
- Ensure correct bookings, matching 100% with real cargo details.
- Ensure that all the bookings are correct status before departure from own station
Capacity Control
- Maximize company revenue by well-coordinating cargo booking and targeting
- Liaise with the HQ team on capacity issues to ensure smooth information flow and data
correctness - Prepare load plan with priorities for BFS cargo terminal
Flight Management
- Execute daily cargo activities and flight follow-up
- Maximize company revenue by fully utilizing the aircraft space and eliminating operational discrepancy
- Closely working with cross-functional, partner, and overseas office
- Regular follow-up on freight forwarder on-time performance
Station Support and SME Role
- Act as SkyChain champion on the BKK market
- Act as Cargo Customer Service support in the BKK market
- Execute training and on-the-job learning for junior staff/new recruits
Other
- Responsibilities are not limited above and additional tasks given by superior
Required Competencies
- Tertiary Education or above
- Good command in written and spoken Thai and English
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proactive, honest, customer-oriented mindset- Knowledge of BKK forwarding and air cargo market
Educational Requirement
- University degree in a relevant field (or similar or extensive work experience)
Required Experience for The Position
- Minimum 5 years of experience for customer services and cargo handling experience in ground handling or airline
