- Certification in financial analysis (e.g., CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
- Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using financial analysis software.
