- Receive a GSE equipment defect report from all stations and coordinate with the functions concerned.
- Keep a maintenance record and equipment repair time estimated.
- Plan and follow up on the maintenance schedule.
- Control and support for all maintenance documents.
- Report and summarize equipment pending/progress updates, data for GSE maintenance as per request, and coordinate with the GSE Storekeeper to issue a spare when receive task card form or spare part to minimum stock.
- Assist a DMK GSE Team Leader to move a repaired or damage equipment Carry out concern duties regarding Quality, Safety & Security required by the company/department.
- Liaise with GSE Purchasing personnel and assist with GSE team leader to ensure efficient and highest quality service provided to end-user.
- Attend and observe on daily or weekly basis who perform an activities briefing by GSE team Leader.
- Support and ensure to on bound or offload spare part by aircraft if there is notification from related division such as Ramp team.
- Perform other functions as required by department.
- Attend meeting relate to department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chains or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in product planning, logistic & supply chain planning management, relevant to heavy, or spare part equipment.
- Able to work under pressure, teamwork, and limited-timeline.
- Good command in Thai and English
- Knowledge of computer skills and G Suite (Google Apps)
- Having own driving’s license is would be an advantage
