- Execute the Ground Operations department’s plan in alignment with departmental objectives.
- Make sure the safe and on-time departure of flights from Don Mueang airports.
- Supervise and monitor assigned ground handling staff, providing guidance and instructions on baggage and cargo loading operations for each flight.
- Ensure passenger baggage handling procedures comply with the baggage loading instructions report.
- Ensure ground handling operations adhere to applicable regulations and Thai AirAsia X standards.
- Prepare baggage loading documentation, both manually and through systems.
- Comply with safety policies, procedures, and operational requirements, including reporting safety deficiencies, hazards, incidents, or any safety-related concerns to the Safety Department.
- Perform other duties as described and assigned by supervisors.
- Internal Candidates must have at least 2 years of working services with Thai AirAsia or Thai AirAsia X will be eligible to apply
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Business, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Ramp Operations, Loader Operations, Load Control, or Airline Operations with strong knowledge of aircraft types.
- Must have completed military service (with certificate Sor Dor 8 or Sor Dor 43).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Physically fit, free from communicable diseases, and capable of lifting heavy objects.
- Good communication skills and understanding of English.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- No criminal record that would prevent obtaining an airport access permit.
