Qualifications

• Minimum age 24 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
• Knowledge of Cargo will be advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).
• Excellent data visualization and reporting skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly and concisely.
• Proactive, well-organized, and self-disciplined.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Flexible, fast adaptation to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing big data to derive insightful information for cargo planning.
• Transforming data into a ready-to-use format and creating cargo reports to support management decision-making and strategy development. Designing dashboards and reports to support the sales teams.
• Monitor and analyze cargo revenue performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on cargo performance.
• Record daily cargo data.
• Working closely with the reservation and sales teams.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and manager.
