- Headings, the definition of roles, to achieve which results
- Leading project planning sessions internal and external and being responsible for ensuring the execution of corrective and preventive actions based on each project plan
- Support business initiatives and ensure good coordination and collaboration between the teams to achieve project milestones and goals
- Drive projects aiming at improving and maintaining operational KPIs such as customer satisfaction, quality of service, etc
- Communicate and provide suggestions to related departments using procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Assists Customer Service Manager with the preparation of management report, annual performance evaluations, department budget, and training plan as well as maintain documentation
- University degree in Airline Business, Faculty of Arts, Journalism or Mass Communication
- Over 1 year of airline business or any other experience in English writing skill
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic skills in Canva or Adobe Illustrators
- Excellent MS office skills
- Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) in English and Thai.
- Toeic score 600 and above or equivalent
