- Coordinate and monitor overall catering operations for the station
- Coordinate with cabin crew and catering supplier to ensure catering requirements uplift to aircraft
- To ensure ongoing cost effectiveness of catering operation for respective station
- To monitor and ensure on the safety aspects of personnel and equipment when handling ramp
- To decide and find a solution in the event of problems with regards to catering operations/discrepancies
- Monitor staff or ground handling staff performance and ensure follow KPI
- Monitor and records stock of amenities, F&B, catering equipment
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant certifications in the aviation industry, hospitality, or catering.
- Proven knowledge in Ground Operations and/or ramp handling.
