- To coordinate and monitor overall ramp operations for station
- To liaise with other departments on operational matter
- To ensure ongoing cost effectiveness of ramp operation for respective station
- To monitor and ensure on the safety aspects of personnel and equipment when handling ramp
- To decide and find a solution in the event of problems with regards to ramp operations/discrepancies
- Monitor staff or ground handling staff performance and ensure follow KPI
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven knowledge in Ground Operations and or Customer Services
- Background in airline operations
- Relevant certifications in ground operations
