Job Highlights - Bachelor's degree - 2-3 yrs of related airline work experience - Proficient in English communication skills The ULD Planning & Dispositioning Team is responsible to maintain balanced ULD (Unit Load Devices) stock at all stations on the customer network. To meet scheduled and ad hoc ULD requirements of the company's customers, achieving optimum utilization of ULD.
- Monitor airline schedules, traffic and ULD utilisation to assess ULD requirements at stations and raise appropriate and timely disposition requests.
- Stay up to date with airline operational requirements to ensure all customer and station specific requirements are considered when disposition requests are raised.
- Take the necessary steps to distribute station ULD stock between the airline ground handling agents as per the agreed allocation.
- Maintain good working relations with the field-based teams at stations to assist in effective stock control.
- Follow up on performance of disposition requests raised and take corrective actions where non performed.
- Seek alternative solutions in coordination with the Unilode Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Coordinator team members to balance station ULD stock.
- Follow up ULD Dispositioning compliance.
- Escalate recurring non-performance issues hindering stock balancing at any station to the Customer Success Manager for initiating follow up action.
- Manage incoming mailbox communications efficiently and action as required.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- University degree in aviation-related field preferred.
- Experience in the aviation industry will be an advantage.
- Able to work in shift rotation (24/7) and hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) is required.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel e.g., pivot table.
- Good understanding of aviation, logistics planning, and supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and ability to digest the complexity of data.
