Responsibilities

To ensure training syllabus are complying in Training Manual, CAAT regulations, and IOSA.
Planning schedule for instructors / evaluator and trainees.
Assistance for all training, theory and practical.
Facilitate operations like training budget preparation, preparation of training source, management of infrastructural facilities and procurement of the office supplies as well as various resources for the training course.
Secretarial services like assisting the Chief Training / Assistant Training Manager/ Training Manger in his/her day-to-day functions like training syllabus, Pilot training record sheet, coordinating with internal and external organization.
To ensure that the trainees are pass examination and the result is above requirements.
Ensure all pilot, cabin crew, FOO and ground personnel are legal and valid with all requirements in accordance with company regulations and policy before providing with training schedule.

Male/Female (Thai nationality).
Minimum age 24 years old (New experience are welcome).
Bachelor ’s Degree in any field.
Working in airline industry experience or working in training experience are advantage.
Have a dispatcher experience or hold the dispatcher license is preferable.
Good communication skills in English and Thai (Both written and spoken)
Required minimum 550 score in TOEIC.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Computer literate with skilled in MS office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadline.
Logical and able to solve urgent situations systematically.
Well organized and able to work under pressure.
Able to work out of office and flexible to work overtime.
Having own transportation with driving license is preferable.
