Responsibilities

• Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
• Assist in the foreign application of Dangerous Goods permits
• Support administrative work for all foreign countries’ AOC approval applications
• Coordinate administrative activities within the SSQA department and other departments in the company
• Coordinate with the QA Division in SSQA and other Department Heads to monitor compliance with foreign countries’ regulations
• Monitor validity and expiry of all company’s FAOC and initiate the renewal process
• Communicate with company representatives in foreign countries
• Undertake other tasks as directed by the Director of SSQA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Aviation field is an advantage)
• New graduates are welcomed
• Fluent in English (TOEIC 750 would be advantage)
• Chinese speaking will be an advantage
• Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
• Have a basic knowledge of aviation field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Good attitude, positive interpersonal skills, well-organized, and able to work as part
  of a team
