- Establishing and applying the technical standards for aircraft maintenance training activities.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Manager to establish short-term and long-term training plan and monitor.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Manager to update and monitor personal record and expire date of each engineering staff.
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
- Diploma/High Vocational Certificate (Dip./High Voc. Cert.) or Bachelor’s degree
- Airline experience is not required.
