- Providing periodic safety and security performance reports.
- Planning safety meetings to support SMS and Security Management System implementation.
- Supporting safety and security training, including identification, organization, and delivery.
- Advising management on safety and security matters.
- Initiating and following up on internal occurrences and accident investigations.
- Assisting in corporate-level SMS and Security Management System activities.
- Supporting the Internal Safety Audit Team in conducting audits and ensuring compliance.
- Promoting safety and security policies to improve performance.
- Supporting hazard identification, risk assessments, and risk mitigation.
- Updating safety and security management documentation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the aviation industry
- Age 25 – 35 years
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Ability to update company manuals effectively
- Certified Internal Auditor
- Experience in Accident & Incident Investigation
- Proficiency in Risk & Root Cause Analysis
