บริษัท Aerospace MRO เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่ง Quality & Safety Manager วุฒิ ป.ตรี วิศวกรรมการบิน อิเล็กทรอนิกส์การบิน หรือการฝึกอบรมช่างอากาศยาน มีประสบการณ์การบินอย่างน้อย 2 ปี รู้ระบบ SMS, Human Factors, CAPA และการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุ เข้าใจกฎระเบียบของ CAAT, FAA, และ EASA Part 145 รวมถึงมาตรฐาน AS9110 และ ISO 9001 มีความรู้เรื่องชิ้นส่วนอากาศยานและเอกสาร MOE ได้รับการรับรองเป็น Internal/Lead Auditor สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ขอ TOEIC 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป ใช้โปรแกรม MS365 ได้ มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดทำนโยบาย การตีความกฎหมาย และการกำกับดูแลซัพพลายเออร์

- Support the development and implementation of quality procedures, standards, and audit programs.
- Assist in audits, reporting, corrective actions, and compliance monitoring.
- Ensure proper performance of contractors, vendors, and the company personnel authorization system.
- Maintain and monitor training resources, employee records, and quality/safety notices.
- Support safety management through risk assessment, hazard identification, and safety database management.
- Conduct safety analysis, trend monitoring, and prepare reports/presentations for quality & safety meetings.
- Assist Supervisor in safety-related matters, committee coordination, and departmental administration.
- Ensure that all continuing airworthiness documentation is properly used and complied with.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality & Safety Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Electronics, or Aircraft Maintenance Training.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the aeronautics field.
- Knowledge in SMS, Human Factors, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
- Strong understanding of CAAT, FAA, and EASA Part 145 regulations, with familiarity in quality standards such as AS9110 and ISO 9001.
- Familiarity with aircraft components and MOE documentation.
- Certified Internal/Lead Auditor with good English skills (TOEIC ≥ 550).
- Experience in policy development, legislation interpretation, and supplier oversight.
- Good computer literacy (MS365).
