Responsibilities

  • Be able to work at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).
  • Serve as a Lost and Found Centralized Service Executive.
  • Liaise with airport agencies, such as Customs, Immigration, and Security, to facilitate the smooth processing of special passengers.
  • Handle special passengers during flight disruptions and irregularities, such as delays or cancellations.
  • Coordinate with the GHA or relevant departments to book hotels and transportation for passengers during flight disruptions.
  • Coordinate VIP Lounge services for special passengers (CIP and VIP passengers).
  • Coordinate with other departments and stations regarding special passengers.
  • Assist special passengers in the baggage identification area, ensuring their baggage is transported by porters (if requested) and exits through customs.
  • Raise Passenger Irregularity Reports (PIR) for any mishandled baggage.
  • Create records for unclaimed or surplus baggage.
  • Conduct primary tracing for mishandled baggage cases.
  • Retrieve and respond to emails and telephone calls.
  • Coordinate with other departments and stations regarding mishandled baggage.
  • Issue authorization of payments (discharge vouchers) as authorized personnel.
  • Handle found property on Air Premia premises.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, with 1 year in the airline industry.
  • Analytical with problem-solving skills and able to handle passenger complaints.
  • Good writing skills and ability to handle passenger complaints.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
  • Proficient in oral and written English and Thai or the local language where the staff is located.
  • Possess good management and leadership abilities.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with passengers.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
