Responsibilities
- Handle cargo reservation /report cargo/Cargo documents
- Handle inbound & outbound cargo
- Customer Service
- Cargo Tracking
- Other tasks assigned for the cargo office team
Qualifications
- The Faculty of Business Administration/Logistics management
- Good command in English
- Good computer skills
- Good health condition and no criminal record
- Able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of customer services processes and systems
- Able to support work at downtown office
