Lounge Attendant
Job Description
- Greet and welcome customer at reception counter.
- Standby at lounge for service passenger who is using lounge.
- Ensure materials provided are up to date and must be in good order.
- Ensure to cleaning table and sofa when passenger depart.
- Ensure all working areas are tidy and clean.
- Read and initial passenger on logbook.
- Read customer list of today at the beginning of the shift.
- Maintain appropriate standard and procedures, dress hygiene, uniform and grooming in good appearance.
- Must be available to work on call and overtime when necessary.
- Must be available to work any shift including weekends and holidays.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualification
- Male or Female
- Thai Nationality
- Age 20 years old over.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fields.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Good communication skill in English. (Third Language will be an advantage)
- TOEIC score of 450 or higher (within 2 year)
- Well-groomed outward appearance.
- Service mindset, proactive, self-motivator and a team player
- Ability for shift work including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
Lounge Supervisor
Job Description
- Monitor and ensure the performance and the neat of appearance, as well as correct attitude and behaviour of all staff.
- Ensure adequate of staff, equipment and tools for smooth operation.
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
- 4. Conduct daily briefing to staff in each shift are well-informed of guest and relevant information.
- Take ownership of guest’s issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Direct, manage, coach, mentor, evaluate and develop lounge attendants to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to.
- Maintain appropriate standard and procedures, dress hygiene, uniform and grooming in good appearance.
- Must be available to work on call and overtime when necessary.
- Must be available to work any shift including weekends and holidays.

Qualification
- Male or Female
- Thai Nationality
- Age 22 years old over.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fields.
- 1–2-year experience in customer service or airline industry.
- Good communication skill in English. (Third Language will be an advantage)
- TOEIC score of 550 or higher. (Within 2 years)
- Service mindset, proactive, self-motivator and a team player
- Ability for shift work including early morning, late night, weekends and holidays
