Job Highlights – Accept, processe orders for handover to Operation – Proactively informs customer on shipment status – Handles customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Accepts and processes orders for handover to Operations.
- Proactively informs the customer of shipment status and exceptions.
- Provides spot quotations and performs up-and-cross-selling on inbound customer calls.
- Passes on leads to Sales.
- Handles customer inquiries.
- Takes and handles any customer complaints; solves customer complaints or assigns tasks to other functions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
- At least 3 years experience in Freight Forwarding Business and strong Airfreight Import.
- Good knowledge of customer service processes and systems.
- Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication in English.
- Good computer skills; Microsoft Office.
- Can-Do attitude.
