สายการบิน EASTAR JET เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่ง Airport Service Team 2 อัตรา วุฒิป.ตรีทุกสาขา ประสบการณ์งาน Airport Operation หรือ Ground Handling อย่างน้อย 2 ปี หากสื่อสารภาษาเกาหลีได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ทำงานที่เชียงใหม่ ด่วน!
- Supervise and suggest subject to supervisor’s advice for ground handling agent’s ground operations and ground services and fully comply with authority regulations.
- Our responsibilities will include calculating fares, arranging routes based on passenger requests, providing schedule and fare information, and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the passenger journey. You’ll handle reservation/booking requests with efficiency and issue tickets for international flights. Additionally, you’ll handle processes such as Endorsement, Rerouting, and the return of tickets.
- Provide flight information such as Load passengers, a list of crew members and / or any special information to ground handling agents and related parties
- Cooperate with the Station Manager, Deputy Station Manager, Supervisor, and/or Station Management Center to coordinate with local authorities and other organizations in order to support information and effectively manage the job.
- Ensure the operations safety and security of ground operations complies with CAAT regulations, international regulatory requirements and company standard
- Monitor all flight information and provide accurate details to the passenger.
- Cooperate with Centralized Load Control, Operations Control Center and Flight Dispatch Center to complete the task and improve work efficiency
- In cases of lost baggage, you’ll diligently coordinate with the handling agent to locate and deliver lost items to their owners. If necessary, you’ll follow the compensation process accordingly.
- Other Duty such as Permission Requests, Administrative work, Counter and Gate duty, etc.
- Male or Female (Thai nationality)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Good command of English (Ability to communicate in Korean would be advanced)
- Experience at least 2 years working in Airport Operations or Ground Handling Agent
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced changing environment and problem-solving
- Professional attitude/behavior and Ability to work in shift
