Role and Responsibilities
• Report to Head of Engineering and assist with day to day operations of engineering functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Head of Engineering.
• Compile and update records (Hard and Soft copies)
• Deal with engineering member requests regarding issue, rules, and regulations
• Assist Engineering Training Manager to provide engineering training programs and schedules.
• Age under 35 years old
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience at least 2 years in administration.
• Good in the English language for reading, listening, speaking, and writing.
• Good computer skills especially Microsoft Office.
• Good commitment to leadership and management.
