Qualification
- Thai Nationality
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the airline industry
- Experience in flight management will be considered an
- advantage
- Good PC user know-how
- The ability for shift work
Job Scope
- Provide competent support and guidance for Ground Operations across all Lufthansa Group stations in close coordination with headquarters.
- Serve as an expert and knowledge center for Lufthansa Group Ground Operations, including station structure, handling processes, and procedures.
- Offer comprehensive support and expertise to stations, ensuring a deep understanding of Ground Operations procedures.
- Provide active guidance and operational support upon request from station teams.
- Collaborate with affected stations to troubleshoot any acute operational problems.
- Deliver remote support to stations for extraordinary tasks.
- Contribute to improvements in Operational Excellence, Performance, Stability, and Customer Experience.
