Position : Production Planner
Location : Donmueng Airport, Bangkok, Thailand.
Report to : Production Planner Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Quotations for maintenance enquiries considering manpower, parts, services and hangar load.
• Develop scheduled and un-scheduled work orders in the Aircraft Maintenance Manager (AMS) system
• Verify that the work orders contain relevant information in to Aircraft Maintenance Manual procedures, tools, parts and consumables and compliance with CAAT
/FAA requirements
• Generate Purchase Order (POs) in AMS considering parts availability, vendor options and pricing
• Expedite aircraft parts delivery with Logistics to keep up with production and aircraft delivery date
• Conduct warranty verifications, prepare and submit warranty and insurance claims
• Be familiar with all warranty and services programs applicable to Mjets and customer aircraft not limited to buy including:
– Cessna’s TAP Advantage Elite
– Cessna Pro-parts
– Cessna Pro-tech
– Pratt & Whitney ESP Gold Elite
– Rolls-Royce Engines Corporate Care
– Williams Engines TAP
– GE Engines One –Point Solution
– Honeywell Avionics HAPP
– Honeywell MSP
– Rockwell-Collins Avionics CAS
• Generate invoices in AMS for Maintenance or services performed
• Perform data entry of relevant workorder details into AMS, during and after the maintenance is being performed
• Complete the original workorder documentation (work pack) in preparation for insure customer services needs are met in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal and external customers in respect to workorder content and questions that may arise
• Establish and maintain good relationship with suppliers to resolve maintenance issue and concerns
• Interact and coordinate with multiple departments, i.e. Finance, Sales, Logistics, Planning, MCC, Engineering, and Senior Level Management with helpfulness
• Other assignments assigned by the superior
We are looking for someone who
• Is able to learn and use the Maintenance software AMS.
• Familiarity with CAMP and CMP is an advantage
• Understands the concept of aircraft and engine Maintenance Manuals as well as Component Maintenance Manuals
• Above average knowledge of aviation regulations (FAA or EASA based, CAAT preferable)
• Previous experience in aircraft maintenance and /or maintenance Planning is an advantage
• Intermediate or above average knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs
• Be able to effectively communicate on the telephone and computer
• Be pleasant with others on the job and display a good natured, cooperative attitude.
• Must be reliable, reliable, responsible and dependable
• Maintain a clean workplace
• Attention to detail and ability to fulfill obligations
• Thai Nationality / Any gender / Age 23-30 years
• Holding an Engineering / Technical License or Degree 1-3 years of experience
• Able to work both independently and as a team player in multi-culture work force
• Excellent attention to detail, goal oriented
• Must be fluent in English / Effective communication / Interpersonal skills
