Job description
- Coordination of shipment preparation at the airport terminal.
- Prepare Airways bills and shipping documents to execute shipment lodge in.
- Review and sign off shipping documents while ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Notify pre-alert to overseas stations and complete shipment consol. in the system.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations for all equipment and materials
- Ensure system timestamp updates as per instructed SOP.
- Others work related scope require from time to time by your supervisor.
Qualifications
- College or above graduate.
- with 2-5 years of working experiences in freight forwarder field, Preferably direct experience with freight forwarding companyMust be able to converse in written English.
- Familiar with PC skill ( MS Office).
- Good at communication and coordination.
