Responsibilities

1. Perform day-to-day flight operations on a tight schedule, including cargo handling, and need to contact local authorities if needed
2. Supervise, control, and monitor ground service handling
3. Facilitate and support all passengers upon arrival and departure
4. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

1. Male or Female age not over 30 years old
2. Bachelor’s Degree
3. Having at least two-year experiences in the aviation field (Especially check-in basic and ramp handling)
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills both Thai and English (500 minimum TOEIC score requirement)
5. Ability for shift work duty (starting in early morning and finishing at late night), including weekend and public holiday
6. Good PC user know-how
7. Can-do attitude and open-minded person
8. Excellent customer service mindset
9. Being able to work independently under pressure
