Head of Training – 1 Position

Qualifications

For a course of training leading to the issuance of a recreational or private pilot certificate or rating, a Head of Training must have:

  • License CPL, IR, ME, and IP Current.
  • At least 700 hours as pilot in command
  • At least 100 hours as pilot in command with the type of Training Aircraft
  • At least 3 years of experience in the aviation industry
  • Having an FAA pilot license is preferable.
  • Hold English proficiency minimum level 4

Responsibilities

The Head of Training is responsible for ensuring the quality of training in all areas of instructing and instructing staff. Head of Training has all the responsibilities of a flight instructor with the following additional responsibilities

  • Point of contact for certifying training records, stage checks, and check rides.
  • Acting as a resource and example to other flight instructors on staff
  • Assisting in the writing and updating of all training syllabi for flight and ground instruction.
  • Point of contact for CAAT and air traffic control issues. Executing the planning, coordinating, and monitoring of the cadet pilots program.
  • Briefing of cadet pilots. This is to include the Long brief, pre-flight brief, and post-flight brief.
  • To conduct the flight training in accordance with the approved syllabus.
  • To monitor their cadet pilot’s progress.
  • To maintain the student pilot’s flight reports and process them accordingly.
  • To assist Chief Flight Instructor in monitoring and developing the highest
    possible personal qualities and discipline of the student pilots.
  • Execute the Planned training syllabus for the simulator training.
  • To train student pilots in the simulator training in accordance with the approved syllabus.
  • To make available all necessary records, documents, manuals, and charts related to the simulator training.
  • To ensure that the simulators and simulator rooms are maintained and secured.

Chief of Flight Instructor – 1 Position

Qualifications

For a course of training leading to the issuance of a recreational or private pilot certificate or commercial pilot certificate or rating, a chief instructor must have:

  • License CPL, IR, ME, and IP Current.
  • At least 1,000 hours as pilot in command; and
  • At least 100 hours as pilot in command with the type of Training Aircraft
  • At least 500 hours on Flying Instructional Duties
  • At least 100 hours on Instrument Flying Instructional Duties
  • Having an FAA pilot license is preferable.
  • Hold English proficiency minimum level 4.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of flight and synthetic flight instructors and for the standardization
    of all flight instruction and synthetic flight instruction.
  • Supervise, monitor, and advise personnel in the department to implement airquality standards in accordance with ICAO / CAAT and corporate standards.
  • Monitor, consult and support the performance and performance of personnel in the department. Including problems and solutions.
  • Consider selection Develop and develop personnel in the department to fulfill the potential of individuals.
  • Analyze standard aviation and aviation teachers. Follow the rules. Of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT)

Chief of Ground Instructor – 1 Position

Qualifications

  • Hold CPL and IP.

  • Eligible for designation as an instructor for the aviation ground school course
  • Having 10 months of experience as an aviation ground school instructor at a certificated pilot school
  • Having an FAA pilot license is preferable.
  • Hold English proficiency minimum level 4.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of ground instructors and the standardization of all ground instruction.
  • Supervise, monitor, and advise personnel in the department to operate on ground standards in accordance with ICAO and CAAT regulations and corporate standards.
  • Analysis and planning of operations. Collect and produce statistics related to the department.
  • Monitor the performance and performance of personnel in the department. Including problems and solutions.
  • Perform analysis, evaluation, and curriculum development review. Instructors and instructors teach aviation and aviation teachers to be up to date and standard. Comply with the regulations of the Civil Aviation Office

Ground Instructor – 1 Position

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • To maintain, monitor, and process the flight trainee’s records and reports.
  • To assist the Head of Instructor in developing and monitoring the student pilot’s personal qualities and discipline.
  • Execute the Planned training syllabus for the simulator training.
  • To train cadet pilots in the simulator training in accordance with the approved syllabus.
  • To make available all necessary records, documents, manuals, and charts related to the simulator training.
  • To ensure that the simulators and simulator rooms are maintained and secured

Admin – 1 Position

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of registrar experience or relevant training organization
  • Be able to communicate effectively in writing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of ICT, and computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Having a driving license is preferable.

Responsibilities

  • To maintain Personnel records for student Pilots and Instructors.
  • To take responsibility for the related studies program, this must be consulted with the Head of the Instructor.
  • To deal with student requirements and welfare in non-training activities such as accommodation, fees allowance, leave and transport.
