Qualification

• Thai Nationality
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Ticketing & Reservation on the Amadeus system.
• A good command of writing and speaking English is preferable.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all airport ticketing processes on Amadeus system such as create booking, issue ticket, re-issue ticket, issue EMD for excess baggage and processing refund.
• Handle flights irregularity such as Flight cancel, delay and aircraft technical problem.
• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
