Responsibilities

  • On a daily basis, you will work across internal teams, including the Social Media, Creatives, Marketing, Partnership, and Product teams.
  • Write, design, and develop highly engaging social media posts and content.
  • Recommend and optimize the brand’s content calendars to improve audience engagement and brand loyalty for clients.
  • Develop great campaign ideas and proposals to help brands achieve their campaign objectives.
  • Produce high-quality content for a variety of mediums (social media, video, audio, etc.) at scale and with flair for our audience.
  • Implement and monitor social media content strategy.
  • Follow through with projects, tasks, and jobs given.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain deadlines using good time management and organizational skills.
  • Adapt, repurpose, and distribute content in a multi-channel environment.
  • Monitor conversations and buzz on social media.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other departments to maximize the potential of the brands.
  • Be actively responsible for constant tracking and monitoring of all social media platforms.

Skills & Experiences

  • MUST HAVE: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g., storytelling, storyboards, mood boards, concept treatments, social media monthly plans, etc.).
  • Experience with creative tools like Canva, CapCut, VSCO, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Prior experience with online community management, copywriting, creator engagement, or blogging will be advantageous.
  • Highly creative, team player, results-driven, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent knowledge and interest in social media tools like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LINE Official Account.
  • Good business mindset and communication skills, with an understanding of human behavior and how online activity impacts business.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, team-spirited, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible and dependable.
  • High level of computer literacy.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Film and Digital Media, Art and Design, Mass Communications, Advertising, Media, or Journalism.
  • Feel free to attach your portfolio and past content (videos) or share the social media accounts you manage.
