  • To plan and execute social media content and schedule for a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live action and other content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given social media/digital platform.
  • To manage the execution of our social media content across the different channels, including but not exclusive to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • To assist in executing social advertising to promote content that will achieve set targets.
  • To assist in tracking the success of our social media campaigns via reports, including the use of our tools and systems.
  • To assist with generating insights and propose improvements in line with the company’s objectives.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams within Marketing and beyond, e.g. Customer Happiness, Commercial, Analytics, Digital, Creative, Operations etc., to align on business goals, develop and execute creative ideas, plans and strategies, and measure the value and impact of our social media campaigns.
  • To execute collaborations with industry professionals, celebrities and influencers to drive the team and company’s objectives.
  • Stay abreast with the latest social media best practices and trends, from internal or external avenues.
  • Execute any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Social Media Lead.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their features.
  • Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Strong creative and content development skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
