- Be responsible for overall go-to-market strategy, development, execution and optimization marketing campaigns.
- Seek for new business opportunity and conduct feasibility study of international routes.
- Engage with the cross-functional team to set up product launch within timeline.
- Be in charge of route P&L to grow revenue and sustain business.
- Develop marketing calendar and lead integrated marketing team i.e. social media, digital marketing and creative team.
- Manage external partners to initiate 360 communications and amplify to target audience.
- Maximize communication channels in a cost-efficient manner, creative thinking to consistently create voice of routes aligned with brand.
- Plan and control PAP spending both inbound and outbound market to ensure effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign result to achieve target performance.
- Bachelor Degree’s in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field
- Experiences in Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Strategy, and Product Marketing for 2-3 years
- Understanding marketing trends and having a passion for the airline business.
- Having numerical skills for collecting data, reporting, or any relevant.
- Excellent English and interpersonal skills
- Creativity, working as a team and under pressure with limited time
