The Pearl Exclusive Lounge เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่ง Guest Service Agent อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป ขอ TOEIC 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป ทำงานที่สนามบินกระบี่

Greet and welcome customer in front of reception.
Register passenger for using lounge in log book.
Standby at lounge to assist passengers in the lounge.
Maintain the workstation and materials in good condition at all time.
Ensure to tidy up tables and sofas after passengers leave.
Coordinate with ground service departments at various stations to receive feedback or suggestions regarding passenger service in passenger lounges.
Ensure all working areas are clean and organized.
Check customer’s reservation every day before shift.
Ensure that proper standards and protocols are upheld concerning uniform cleanliness, uniform presentation, and personal grooming to maintain a professional and tidy appearance.
Must be available to work on-call and overtime when necessary.
Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Male or Female
Thai Nationality
Age 22 years old over.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fields.
1–2-year experience in customer service or airline industry.
Good communication skill in English. (Third Language will be an advantage)
TOEIC score of 550 or higher. (Within 2 years)
Ability to work on shift, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holiday.
Have service mindset, proactive, self-motivator and a team player.
