Recruitment Strategy
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Candidate Sourcing
- Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and agencies.
Screening and Selection
- Ensure a thorough and consistent screening process, including resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective interview techniques.
- Coordinate and participate in the interview process for key positions.
Employer Branding
- Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to enhance the company’s employer brand.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage passive candidates and create a positive candidate experience.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
Compliance and Diversity
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the talent acquisition process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor or similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and current trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
