Screening and Selection

  • Ensure a thorough and consistent screening process, including resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective interview techniques.
  • Coordinate and participate in the interview process for key positions.

Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to enhance the company’s employer brand.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage passive candidates and create a positive candidate experience.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.

Compliance and Diversity

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the talent acquisition process.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor or similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and current trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
