Responsibilities
- Coordinates with relevant functions to establish required qualification and training needs for staffs in each position and ensures that they are complied with applicable regulations and requirements.
- Establish the training program in accordance with AOCR and TCAR 8 Part 145 requirements and standard company.
- Review and issue the training program according to the training requirements on a yearly basis.
- Review and up-to-date the Technical Training Manual (TTM) to comply with the AOCR and TCAR 8 Part 145 requirements and standard company.
- Conduct examine and ensure that the internal and external instructor meet the qualification.
- Coordinate with internal and external source to arrange instructors, schedules classes and classroom facility.
- Summarize and keep the training result of employees.
Requirement
- Graduated from aeronautical college, technical university/college, additional education acceptable to the CAAT or relevant degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position.
- Knowledge of the Technical Training.
