Ramp Supervisors

Responsibilities

‐ Direct Supervision and allocation of ramp duties to Ramp Agents to ensure all aircraft handling activities are carried out in safe, efficient, and customer service.
‐ A lead role and be accountable in ensuring that the Ramp environment, equipment, FBO Guests, FBO employees and all visiting Aircraft remain safe and secure as far as is reasonably practicable.
‐ Taking an active leadership role in adhering, promoting, and acting to the company’s safety policy, procedures, and management systems as detailed in the FBO Ground Operations Manual, Safety Management Manual and all other associated company policy documents. Encourage and promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
‐ Lead and Train all staff working the ramp as per set Training requirements set out in the FBO Ground Operations Manual and ensure individual records are kept up to date in accordance with regulatory requirements.
‐ To coordinate with Hanger maintenance in regards to aircraft parking allocations and aircraft cleaning and/or maintenance needs.
‐ Ensuring that all weekly vehicle and GSE equipment checks are completed and recorded.

Qualifications

‐ At least High school education.
‐ Age 25‐45 years old.
‐ 5 years previous ramp/aircraft handling experience, preferably in a leadership role.
‐ Thai nationality.
‐ Current Thai vehicle license.


Guest Service Relations

Responsibilities

‐ Manage the lobby reception desk and receive guests and crew into the FBO, crew briefing area, escort guests to lounge and provide comfort briefings. Accept passports and reconcile passenger manifest provided by operations. Advise operations of any discrepancies to rectify as required.
‐ Act as FBO Ambassador, must be well-groomed at all times and wearing the uniform correctly, follow all VIP guests protocol procedures, attend to guests’ needs such as providing welcome towels, refreshments, newspapers, magazines, and service delivering prepared finger food, etc.
‐ Ensuring lounges are prepared for receiving guests, which will include glassware, cutlery, tea and coffee making, beverage provisions and finger food stocks are available and displayed. This also includes reporting lounge cleaning requirements to maids also includes toilet and shower areas.
‐ Oversee and facilitate guest and crew Passport and document delivery to CQI authorities and ensure the process is managed in a timely manner. Keep guests informed as necessary
‐ Manage kitchen F & B stocks, ice and ensure quantities are sufficient to meet flight schedules. Order stocks as necessary in conjunction with FBO management approvals.

Qualifications

‐ Secondary School education, very high standard of Thai and English speaking ability (other languages also prefered such as Chinese, Russian, etc.) with the ability to read and write reports, preference aviation customer service delivery experience such as first/business class airline or lounge services experience.
‐ Age 25‐35 years old.
‐ 3‐5 years previous VIP customer-facing experience


Porters

Responsibilities

‐ Receive and deliver crew and guest baggage to/from ramp side or landside to vehicles through the private jet security screening process.
‐ Receive and direct vehicles in the pickup and drop zones to ensure the efficient unobstructed and safe flow of traffic.
‐ To direct and assist visitors vehicles, provide gate passes as necessary. To be vigilant at all times understand and act in accordance with the FBO of security procedures.
‐ Assist with delivering passport and associated guest documentation to/from immigration and customs as requested by GSR/Operations staff
‐ As an FBO ambassador must be well-groomed at all times (uniform provided) to ensure the highest of presentation standards representing VIP facility and services.
‐ Keep track of flight schedule and ensure preparedness for guest arrivals and departures.
‐ Assist guest with special needs such as those who require wheelchairs with the help of porters as necessary
‐ Assist GSR’s with the delivery of F & B, dry stocks to/from kitchen, delivery vehicles, and lounges as required.

Qualifications

‐ At least High school education
‐ Age 25‐35 years old
‐ Previous hotel or customer service experience would be preferred
