Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar field (Customer Service)
- Bachelor degree any field Good Knowledge on Amadeus GDS system Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet)
- Have knowledge of travel industry, airlines and travel agents
- Good command of Thai and English
- Able to multitask along with the team leader assignment
- Teamwork skills
- Ready to work without legal obligations
- Should be fully conversant with all customer Ticketing and Reservation system. Reservation policies and Company policies and procedures
- Issue all tickets correctly and legibly abiding to all IATA ticketing rules and regulations
- Answer all incoming telephone calls courtesy and quickly
- To establish and maintain a good working relationship with Clients
