Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients’ logistics requirements and provide them with tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to showcase company capabilities and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
Internal Relationship Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Customer Care, Planner Operation, Finance, etc to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Foster positive working relationships with overseas commercial team and partners to enhance service capabilities and expand market reach.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and international trade practices.
- Good at communication skills in order to enhance revenue and maintain customer services to our customers.
- Problem Solving together with negotiation skills to manage relationship with customers.
