Role and Responsibility
• Overall aircraft performance, weight and balance calculation and elaboration of operational documentation;
• Liaise with the Chief Pilot Operations and Head of Operations Management Centre and interface with the manufacturer on all performance
and operational documentation issues;
• Prepare and revise all operational routes on VZ network and updating data to the planning system and aircraft navigation database;
• Liaise with the Chief Pilot Operations and line pilots for preparation, revision and of update VZ aircraft operating procedures, as well as the
procedures for special operations such as: RVSM, RNP, AWO;
• Cooperate with the maintenance for all Mod, AD, SB, that should be effected to the aircraft operating procedures;
• Manage the flight operations documentation acquisition and distribution system to ensure that all flight, cabin crew, and dispatch personnel
have access, online (or in hard copy) to relevant and updated operational manuals and/or documentation;
• Manage the V9 Flight Operations Documentation library whether in printed or electronic copy formats, ensuring that the computer system
used for this purpose is a secure and safe storage medium and that a daily file backup system is implemented.
Qualification
• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 3 years in airline industry or experience in a similar capacity
• Proficient in oral and written English(Toeic score 600)
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office application
• Ability to define problems, gather relevant data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
