Responsibilities

  • Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
  • Identify and target customers from assigned market that will generate business on behalf of the company.
  • Liaise and strengthen relationships with accounts in order to drive business and increase market share.
  • Prepare and present analysis and reporting on business trends.
  • Follow up on all business inquiries and leads and qualify business to generate revenue to impact revenue performance.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and direct sales goals by implementing a territory business development strategy including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment.
  • Create and execute account plans for to accounts and make recommendations re: pricing, yield management, segment production, sales activities, etc. and manage annual RFP process for each individual targeted account including account and market intelligence and pricing recommendations to maximize profitability and secure travel program inclusion.
  • Participate in local group/meetings organizations as needed for the job.
  • Independently inspect customer site to uncover needs and present solutions to maximize booking opportunities and create strong customer relationships.
  • Understand and maximize the utilization of all automated sales and reservations systems
  • B2B/ GDS involved with corporate negotiated and travel industry business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor‘s degree related to the position.
  • 5 + Years of business travel industry experience
  • Proven track records of sales achievements
  • Good professional network in the travel industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of Corporate Travel or TMCs is prefereable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and high-level business acumen
  • Significant leadership and strategic management experience coupled with experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Fares, ticketing, and B2B / GDS Knowledge (preferable).
