Minimum Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a high vocational institute in Mechanical or Aerospace
- Capability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions
- Ability to read, write and understand English and computer literacy is required
Other Preferred Qualifications
- Able to read composite ply orientation and honeycomb direction IAW Boeing and Airbus Drawing, SRM, OEM instruction, and Repair Design Instruction
- Hands-on skills in using common hand tools and measuring equipment
Responsibility
- Perform wear strip (Rulon J) replacement IAW CMM/SRM and approved technical data
- Perform blocker door face sheet replacement IAW CMM/SRM and approved technical data
- Perform Metal to Metal Bonding IAW CMM/SRM and approved technical data under the supervision
- Perform Metal to Honeycomb core Bonding IAW CMM/SRM and approved technical data under the supervision
- Perform Wet Lay-up bonding of dry graphite and fiberglass fabric with adhesive and sealant IAW CMM/SRM and approved technical data under the supervision
- Perform lay-up bonding of pre-impregnated graphite, fiberglass fabric, and honeycomb core IAW CMM/SRM and approved technical data under the supervision
- Perform wire mesh replacement of metal and composite components IAW CMM/SRM and approved technical data under the supervision
- Operate heat ramp, hot bonder, and oven for repair curing IAW CMM, SRM, Engineering Instruction, and approved technical data
- Implement good housekeeping and 5S activity
- Ensure product quality meets all FAA, EASA, and other requirements/standards and meets customer satisfaction
