Role and Responsibilities
- Providing leadership to support team.
- Handle partner complaints.
- Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to supervisor and manager.
- Handle investigations related issues.
- Answer partner inquiries and questions.
- Keeping updates timely and accurate accommodation knowledge to ensure the knowledge is well acknowledged.
- Coordinate with airline, hotel, or Vender.
- Conduct reports as required.
- Meet & drive KPIs set by the business.
- Handle investigations issue.
- Provide assistance to team with solving partner inquiries and other related tasks.
- Enters, updates and maintains accurate information of customer interaction, transactions, comments and complaints in the company’s system.
- Train & Inspire team members to achieve service excellence.
- Conduct workforce planning and coordinate with relevant teams to meet company requirements.
- Provide assistance to team with solving partner inquiries and other related tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Minimum age of 25 years old
- At least 1-2 years hands-on work in Airline Business or Accommodation business
- 600 of TOEIC score within 2 years from date of testing
- Customer oriented with good customer handling skills
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment
- Good command of written and spoken in both Thai/English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
- At least 2 years experience in a customer service field is an advantage
- Ability to work independently with high comfort level working in a diverse environment
- Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, and meticulous. Excellent people skills
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.
- Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
- Able to travel domestically and abroad
