DEPARTMENT
- People Department
RESPONSIBILITY
- Looking After the health, safety and welfare of all employees
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Oversea the system of e-performance, in addition to make the report
- Inform employees about entering and existing Social Security System
- Health insurance/ICT and SFC ticket
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree or above.
- New graduate in aviation or related fields.
- University Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related discipline
- Comprehensive understanding of policies, systems, rewards, agreements, settlements and legislation
- Commercially aware, high sensitivity to the sociology economic & political environment
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people and sensitive to their needs and perception
- Good written and verbal communication skills coupled with tact, diplomacy and the ability to resolve general issues on human resource management in general & training needs in particular
- Able to travel as when it is required
- Proficient in oral and written English, Thai
