- Resolve difficult issues regarding guest complaints and other matters
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquires or complaints from guest
- Escalate issues to other relevant departments for resolution, where required, and serves as liaison between guest and various departments
- Follow up on customers interaction to ensure a diligent follow up and fulfill all promises made to customers Service Recovery
- Proactive communication with guests via telephone, e-mail or regular mail, as required
- May require research skills to resolve guest problems
- Knowledgeable of service recovery procedures as practiced, inclusive of hotel arrangements, ground transportation, and other information that provides valuable service to our customers
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year (s) experience working particularly in a customer service role – in either hotels, hospitality or customer support role
- Able to commence immediately will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset, with effective negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented and can work independently under minimum supervision
- Multi-task oriented
- A desire to have fun and active
- Good Excel and Powerpoint knowledge.
- Can speak and write a third language (Chinese, Korean, Japanese) is an advantage
