Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain aviation professionals, including pilots, cabin crew, ground staff, and technical personnel.
- Collaborate with aviation schools, training centers, and industry networks to source qualified candidates.
- Stay abreast of aviation regulations and certification requirements related to personnel hiring and training.
- Ensure that all recruitment and talent management practices comply with aviation authorities‘ standards.
- Oversee the development and implementation of training programs for aviation staff.
- Collaborate with training departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Work closely with security and safety teams to ensure that personnel meet stringent safety and security requirements.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, recognizing the importance of a diverse workforce in the airline industry.
- Address any industry-specific challenges related to diversity.
- Work closely with unions and employee representatives to address labor-related issues.
- Ensure that labor agreements align with business objectives and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in Human Resources, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience in human resources, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Previous experience in talent management, recruitment, or related roles within the airline business.
- A strong understanding of aviation regulations, and industry-specific challenges.
- Familiarity with the roles and responsibilities of various aviation professionals.
- Relevant certifications in aviation management or human resources are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as effective communication is critical in the aviation industry.
- Flexibility to respond to changing operational needs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to lead in high-pressure situations and make decisions that prioritize safety and compliance.
- Adherence to high ethical standards, recognizing the safety-critical nature of the aviation business.
- Able to work at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
