Receive customer requirements and respond promptly.
Educate relevant information on company products and services.
Process all steps and documents related to the sales activities on time.
Communicate with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face.
Handle and resolve customer problems and complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Submit monthly activity reports to the manager – Maintain customer databases.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or Aviation Engineering
Aviation Management or related fields.
Male or Female, 22-38 years old.
Good Command of English Communication Skills (TOEIC: 400)
Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
Work well under pressure.
Able to juggle several projects simultaneously.
Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
Able to drive.
