Job Description
Be responsible for leading the projects in Thailand and building and expand To70’s local and international business. You will work on aviation consultancy related to safety, efficiency, and environment, as well as business development and growing the business. You will expand our network and convert leads into assignments. You will lead potential new team members in projects and coach them in their professional development.
- You will lead, manage, and provide guidance to the aviation consultant team to ensure work quality and successful delivery;
- You will be responsible for acquiring projects and business development;
- You are responsible for multidisciplinary projects with To70 colleagues from other offices and partners, nationally and internationally;
- You will work together with your To70 colleagues in Thailand and contribute to the growth of the company in Thailand and APAC.
Qualification
- You have completed a technical education on an academic level
- You have experience in aviation, and you have a strong sense of political and social interests
- You have at least 5 years of experience in acquisition, consultancy, and project management
- You know how to communicate effectively, and you can anticipate and respond to possible conflicts
- You have a passion for aviation
- You have a strong will to deliver high-quality professional services
- You have a network in aviation in Thailand and Southeast Asia and are actively maintaining and expanding this network
- You are willing to travel
