Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Age 21-30 years old.
- Experience in airlines or airport handling is a plus and also welcome Fresh Graduate.
- Good English Communication skill. Additional language would be an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to direct the work of others in a positive way.
- Fast learning and willing to provide excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Perform check-in procedure for Thai lion airline customer, including baggage check for both domestic and international flight.
- Provide flight information to passengers.
- Maintain safety and security procedures and standard of the airlines.
- Perform check-in procedure, including baggage check for both domestic and international flights.
- Provide boarding or disembarking assistance to passengers needing special assistance.
