Job Description
- Oversee and monitor the operation of all facilities and utility systems, e.g. electrical system, air condition system, office fixtures, etc.
- Delivers facility infrastructure improvements to meet project requirements through planning and resourcing
- Ensures current infrastructure can support operational requirements by managing a team of technicians (Engineering system preferred)
- Control and coordinate with outsources, and contractors based on time period and goal
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance of all facilities and utility systems
- Execute and supervise facilities expansion or modification projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technician, Technical Officer, or Technical Executive with knowledge in facilities management, including electrical systems, utility, air condition systems, etc.
- Skills in infrastructure improvements
- Good command of English communication both verbal and written
- Well collaborations with internal and external parties smoothly and effectively
