- Timely handle requests for series booking and ad-hoc booking from travel agencies, tour operators, customers, and the Sales Team
- Maintain customer service excellence by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to customers
- Thoroughly understand Thai Vietjet Terms & Conditions of Carriage, and pricing policy for group travel and be able to explain to customers
- Update group travel demand from the market
- Support and take care of assigned agents to increase group revenue
- Timely report and update group travel performance, market demand, and market intelligence
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields shall be an advantage
- Experience in the airline industry and ticketing, reservation, and customer service shall be an advantage
- Ability to deal with agents and customers, proven problem-solving skills
- Computer software application skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet)
- Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken & written)
- Excellent in communication and able to work under pressure with time limitation
- Ability to work independently with a high comfort level working in a diverse environment
- Ability to handle multi-task and adapt to the fast-paced and quickly changing environment
- High sense of coordination with team members and other departments in the company.
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people
- Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
