Responsibilities
- Checking an airfare with additional charges by routine (various taxes, fuel charge, administration fee).
- Making the reservation.
- Issuing the paperless ticket code with receipt and tax invoice.
- Alerting restrictions, followed by company terms and conditions.
- Collecting airfare by cash or credit card.
- Summarizing sales report and transferring money to the cashier.
- Following safety policies, procedures, and operational requirements, including reporting safety deficiencies, hazards, incidents that may lead to accidents, or any safety matters to the Safety Department.
- Challenging any unauthorized persons seeking access or coming to the TAX premises.
- Identifying and resolving suspicious activities, then reporting them to appropriate authorities to maintain the highest standard of security and environmental concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field with customer service or ground service experience.
- Experience in working as a Guest Service, Ground Service, or Customer Service in the Airline Industry is advantageous.
- Pleasant, friendly, mature, humble, honest, and meticulous.
- Self-starter who is able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Proficient in oral and written English and Thai or the local language where staff is located.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- TOEIC scores above 600 are advantageous.
- Able to work on shifts with flexible hours.
