JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support Sales Manager to achieve revenue target generated by local and global freight forwarders.
- Review revenue performance generated from assigned freight forwarders and provide a plan to enhance revenue from assigned territory to assign with the company’s directions.
- Manage relationships with customers to support revenue enhancement.
- Being a contact point for customers to provide constructive feedback to customers.
- Verify Cargo Sell Report in order to collect freight charges from customers.
SKILLS
These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: (If any, otherwise you can skip)
- Good communication skills in order to enhance revenue and maintain customer services
to our customers. - Problem-Solving together with negotiation skills to manage relationships with customers.
- Adaptability to find the solution for the customers and maintain cost-effectiveness to our company.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in dealing with freight forwarders, especially global freight forwarders.
